We are a family run business that creates amazing Caribbean cuisine and the fusing of different cuisines with Caribbean influences. With our familial backgrounds from Barbados and Trinidad and Tobago, we channel our West Indian roots to produce layers of flavor. Our focus is primarily on quality and outstanding customer service. We are all about sourcing fresh ingredients to ensure that you have a memorable experience.

Our head chef has over 18 years of licensed culinary experience with background in the US Navy as well as restaurants like Braseros Steakhouse in South Florida, Great Performances Catering and Dizzy's Club Coca-Cola in New York and others. He has both a culinary and pastry degree from ICE (Institute of Culinary Education) NYC and was taught by many renowned chefs. We put his talent and experience to use to provide you some of our most amazing and appetizing meals. Let us be a part of your next private or public event!
